OpportunityToServe.org provides an online platform that connects individuals and organizations posting needs ("Need Posters") with individuals and organizations willing to provide monetary donations, in-kind goods, or volunteer services ("Supporters").

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

5. Posting Needs

Need Posters are solely responsible for the content they post. OpportunityToServe.org does not endorse and is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any needs posted. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Donations and Contributions

Supporters make contributions at their own risk. OpportunityToServe.org is not a broker, financial institution, creditor, or charitable institution. All transactions are between Need Posters and Supporters. OpportunityToServe.org uses third-party payment processors for monetary donations. We are not responsible for the actions of these processors.

OpportunityToServe.org does not guarantee that any need will be fulfilled or that contributions will be used as described by the Need Poster. We encourage due diligence before making any contribution.

7. Disclaimers

The materials on OpportunityToServe.org's website are provided on an "as is" basis. OpportunityToServe.org makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
