This application is for those with VERIFIED campaigns on OpportunityToServe.com. Before you begin, ensure you have completed the entire set-up of your campaign, including a connection to your bank account and social media profile.

Important: All applications are valid within each quarter of the year. Campaigns MUST remain published and active to be considered for a grant.

Quarter ranges: January-March, April-June, July-September, and October-December.
